From here, you can access a private terrace equipped with an outdoor sofa, table, chairs, and a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, organizing meals, or relaxing with unobstructed views. The kitchen is separate and equipped with plenty of storage space and everything you need for everyday life. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms. One of them stands out for its large storage capacity and access to a covered terrace with a sofa, perfect as a reading corner or relaxation area. The other bedroom is also double, with built-in wardrobes and very close to the terrace. The bathroom is functional and complete, with a shower tray. The apartment has heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT: Although air conditioning units can be seen in the photographs of the property, this service is not currently operational in the home. Located in Badalona, this apartment is just a 4-minute walk from La Salut metro station (L10), providing quick access to the center of Barcelona.
